LiveFlow enables you to draw your flowcharts as easy as it can be.
It is a web-based product and works in major browsers and tablets.
LiveFlow flowcharts are live because:
1- In MS Visio or other flowchart creation tools, flowcharts are just visual documents. In LiveFlow, you can run flowcharts and navigate on the branches. Flowcharts also have a past.
2- You can schedule and assign flowcharts to anyone.
3- You can follow-up every task of schedules from start to end.
You can run a flowchart or assign someone to run it. While running, it is possible to add notes and upload documents for each step. For example, in a flowchart step, you can take a photo with your mobile and upload it to LiveFlow during flowchart run.
When you complete the flowchart run process, flowchart owner can re-play your run task, see your comments, notes and download your documents/images.
All flowcharts created in LiveFlow can be exported to the local storage with one mouse click. A zip file containing Word, Excel and Gif files will be downloaded. Word files will be classical procedures in which branches to steps are properly included.
When you decide not to use LiveFlow anymore, all your work will be reusable by you.
You can export a flowchart and re-import the same flowchart with the excel file exported. Imported flowchart will be the same as exported one with all attributes.
You can set any scheduling rule as you want with the following capabilities:
1- Start and End dates are given.
2- You can set recurring rule with one of these 3 options
a. Day interval.
b. First/Second/Third/Fourth/Last Monday/Tuesday/.. of every month.
c. First/Second/Second Last/Last business day of every week/month/year.
(Vacation dates can be set in preferences page)
3- Once you set schedule rule, you can add additional dates as you want.
4- You can exclude some schedule dates resulting from schedule rule.
With Preferences page, you can set default colors, email lists, holiday dates and more.
